The invitations we have sent out are personal and the people specified on the envelope are those we have had the opportunity to invite. We would like each invited person to fill out the form below. The wedding will be child-free, so please leave the children at home with the babysitter this evening.

We are planning to rent a bus that will take our gusest from the ceremony to the reception. If you would like to take the bus, please let us know in the form below.
